These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Synnct website, applications and related services ("Services"). By creating an account or using Synnct, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. If you use Synnct on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have authority to bind that business.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
Synnct may offer free and paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing period. Pricing, inclusions and features may change from time to time.
Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers including Stripe. By using paid Services you authorise recurring charges where applicable. Payment provider terms also apply.
You retain ownership of all information you upload to Synnct, including customers, bookings, invoices, products, services and other business data. You grant Synnct a limited licence to process and store that information solely to provide the Services.

We aim to provide reliable access to Synnct but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, updates or unforeseen technical issues may occasionally affect availability.
All intellectual property relating to Synnct, including software, branding, graphics and documentation, remains the property of Synnct Pty Ltd or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of any intellectual property to you.
Synnct integrates with third-party providers including payment processors and cloud services. We are not responsible for services provided by those third parties.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, create security risks, engage in fraudulent activity or fail to pay subscription fees.
Synnct is provided on an "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we make no guarantees regarding uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or error-free performance.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Synnct Pty Ltd will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages, including loss of profits, business interruption or loss of data arising from use of the Services.
You agree to indemnify Synnct Pty Ltd against claims, losses or expenses arising from your misuse of the Services or breach of these Terms.
Your use of Synnct is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
